The process
I love coloring outside of the lines but I follow a process.Applying the Design Thinking process helps align the team for creative problem solving.
the approach
Imagine you want to build an office space. You know how many people work there, you want a cafe and conference space. Would you hire an designer to create the blueprints or simply hire a contractor, and trust them to figure it out? You probably would hire a designer to help you.
I am the designer for your e-tools / specification tools. I convert your goals and the needs to blueprints so that when development begins, there are no doubts what goes where. You save time and money by investing in the design process. Research, concepts and prototypes can easily be tested in the design phase preventing changes during implementation.
Design is about solving a problem. Before the design begins the team needs to understand:
Designing with the user in the center of the process allows me to create designs that are intuitive, simple, engaging and provide a WOW experience for the user.
Following this approach provides a quality solution that represents your brand and differentiates you from your competitors.
